Book Review: The Dead Husband by Carter Wilson

Merciful Heavens but Carter Wilson knows how to tell a good creepy dark story! While the plot and characters in this one were not my favorites of his, I still found myself furiously flipping pages and racing through the story to see what was going to happen next…

This one was less about figuring out who done it (in most instances – there is a pretty major reveal right at the end that I didn’t see coming until it was nearly upon me), then about figuring out what was to be done in the aftermath of it… It made for an interesting twist on the thriller/suspense concept, and I really enjoyed watching it play out.

If you enjoy reading about the darker side of human relationships, and human psyches, you can do no better than to pick up a Carter Wilson novel!
